  • Executive committee members and their direct reports worked with us to determine the MIS reporting philosophy and the key requirements for the project
  • Client coverage staff defined requirements for their business areas. City Fios facilitated cross business decision making on key functional requirements
  • Business management staff were involved in building the full reference data store with City Fios facilitation. They also worked with us in defining the standard reports and outputs from the system
  • Business management and sales staff were responsible for user testing and implementation sign off
  • Technology staff reviewed our architecture compatibility, built transaction and reference data extracts required, and implemented the technology infrastructure required. They also provided first line support for all components of the system including Business Objects. The technology project management function played a key role in overseeing the project
